    Where to buy red numbers.

I work at a dealership and I looked in the Parts Unlimited catalog and the Tucker Rocky catalog and I can not seem to find a distributor that sells red competition numbers. I hope this year will be the last one that I will need them, but I need them none the less. Does anyone know a distributor that carrys red numbers?

That is where I got them last time, but in the interest of saving money (both in shipping and in the purchase) I would like to buy them at my shop.

Call Miles and work a deal. They will create dealer accounts for brick and morter shops and they do have some hard to find items for the track.

so the 1 is supposed to have neither the bottom crossbar nor the little wing at the top? I.e. it needs to be just a line like in your avatar Oxx?

The red '1's that S & C sell have the serif on top.

they aren't that picky with the numbers....as long as they're pretty easy to read LRRS doesn't really care (other places are a different story). I get mine done at a sign shop, that way you can choose the font, size, shape, etc. I pay about $10 per plate (2x tail, 1x front, = $30)

yeah but its hard to fuck up 622. 2 years i went through tech on the first race weekend and they took a razor blade to my 1's. so yes...the "1"s have to look like "l". the reason is because # plates are getting smaller so people with "7"s are trimming them so small they look like 1s

Yes, the font looks like it was written by a drunk parapalegic in a jeep going over MX jumps.
