I have a new paint scheme coming. Three colors not including the numbers and background. I will be racing in new classes since some restrictions have been lifted. I am excited and look so forward to seeing everyone again.

honestly I don't care if I "win" it. I certainly know I won't cry if I do or don't win. but BrianC will have to do better than 23s (although I bet I'll need the first few corners to catch up cause I know I won't get off the line with any kind of speed)

my real goals are to have fun and bump to AM as quick as I can and hopefully get under 1:20 by the end of the year.

well, forgot to mention that I'm between bikes right now. Hawk is partially sold and SV is partially bought.

I would like to get the SV sorted out for me and be hitting 20's or lower if possible. I plan on stripping off all the useless stuff, lighter subframe, maybe cam swap, pods/jets. lots of possibilities, only constraint is money.

that and I still have to get a friggin transponder. ugggghhhh. serves my lazy ass right for not jumping on a used one.

I didn't set out to win my rookie race, but I launched into 1st and watched 2 riders take me inside T1 and seeing someone in front of me just didn't cut it. I thought it was awesome that I passed into 1st on the front straight in front of everyone at the end of the first lap. It was just fun.

So I have not torn mine apart, but I did rebuild it before the last weekend so it should be good. Probally just going to take the top end apart and check the norms like valves, seats, cam, piston, maybe put a new jug on. But the head, piston, valves, seats are all brand new as of the October race. Thinking of putting a differant cam in. Im looking for just a little more on the top end. I tried changing the gearing and it was to drastic for me, so I think if I get a diff cam and stretch out the top end that should do it. any input on that? 07 CRF 450.

Ohh, guess I should do some trailer maint, like brakes and grease job. Its easy to forget about that suff. Probally going to re-do the trailer and re organize make it new and differant to try and keep me from buying another trailer.

Goals; Finnish top 10 in at least one Expert championship, Get into the 20's and stay there

Really would like to be a control rider in eaither penguin or some kind of track day. Im a certifed training officer at work and I love teaching and I think I would be a good teacher to the Basic students.

After a year off under my belt, I'd like to get things with the bike dialed in and my head back in it. The bike is almost ready to go. Need to finish mounting flatslides and have it tuned by Scott at SVM. Maybe a quickshifter if the cash is there. If all the musculature and bones cooperate, I'm hoping to sign up for 2 races a weekend and practice on Thursdays.

Anyone notice they posted pass prices at nhms.com? $25 for Sat/Sun infield passes and $15 for Sunday only infield passes. Pretty sweet!

that hasn't been finalized, as i asked Wanda over the phone 2 weeks ago when i was purchasing my transponder from her. same with the snell 2010 requirement. she mentioned something about the helmet kit will most likely be a 2012 requirement

I still think the snell 2010 rule blows. 2005 with manufacturing date 5 years or less should be more than sufficient.

Unless the helmet is stored in s severely dry area and compromises the integrity of the inner foam.

I haven't read the whole 2010 rulebook because I'm waiting for the 2011 book (they are making a new one right?)
so you have to have a snell 2010 Helmet? do they not allow BSI/ECE22-05 helmets?

she said the snell 2010 rule isn't definate yet. currently, they're going by the date of the helmet. so a 2009 model that's snell 2005 "should" me ok. that's what i'm planning on getting
