I pit right under the scoreboard, just on the north side of the chain link fence(of the south garage area). White easy-up, tied to it.

Christian, the shock is an Ohlins, Race Tech 1.0 fork springs, thick Spectro fork oil, (my own mix of 3 weights, yields about 18W).

And... an open invitation to anyone needing some space, a work table and tools, or help, Thursday(was it loudog asking about safety wire help? come on over!). I live in Loudon and I'm off that day, and will only be going up to the track in the AM to bring some wheels over to Dunlop for a tire swap. My cell is (603)568-4145. Other than that it's pack the boxes and tool chest and get all the garments and shit ready... I drink really good beer BTW, so maybe I'll see ya!

Hopefully when I start loading the trailer thursday I will find everything to be in order. Otherwise, I'll have some scrambling to do.

Main thing I'm worried about is I probably need air for the trailer tires and to grease the bearings. It's been sitting a good while.

Shock availability is a little limited, I think Penske makes one too. I built a bike each year for the past 3 years... I'm finally done with that shit! This will be my last racebike.
I thought I'd go back to Ohlins, since I had great luck with my old FZR400 with one, and of my Street BMW's has the Ohlins and I like 'em. As far as development, the first thing on the list is fork evaluation and then Race Tech emulators, but Paul (Thiede) is developing a cartridge kit for it, and it may be available. Since I'm in the twilight of my roadracing career I may just go with the emulators for about $250, and install 'em. I'm going so slow now that they'll probably be fine as I have them set up now. When you come by the pit, try to get Meghan to warm up to it... she misses the Gixxer, and is still pissed at me for selling it!!!

Finally got my bodywork back. It looks so good I can't wait to crash it. The gouge on the front fender that didn't get fixed better help repel the pavement. just gotta do a little measuring so I can get some numbers made up.



I would assume S&C will have the eject available at the track. check with them first.
yes garages are open during Penguin but there will be a lot of races in "their" garage. you can come hang out in 10N for the day if you like.

it's a great plan if I don't fall off/fall asleep on the grid for F50L; maybe I'll just add smelling salts and a portable defibrillator to my checklist.

Since I didn't race I still have that flat black paint scheme, completely unused and uncrashed (i think mine's the only one lol). So I'll be runnin it.
