How has someone not made a sexier looking front plate for these and SV's. Someone call Eric to get on this. Lol
Also, not to freak you guys out, but.... you have less than a week to be ready. 4 days if you are doing practice. Just saying...

Yeah, lucked out there, otherwise I'd be picking a new number as I wouldn't have been able to be 771X for this year if running the whole season.
On the list for today:
- Finish filling/bleeding the cooling system, button that back up
- Belly pan back on
- Go over the bike one last time for any missed safety items/etc
- Maybe move my transponder mount
From there it's organizing time:
- Gathering, sorting, putting all my tools away
- Putting all the random Buell bits away where I can find them again
- Putting all the removed Yamaha bits away where I can find them again
- Trailer needs going over and through
- Where is my camping stuff?
- Gather all the bits for this weekend and stage them in the garage
Friday is going to be interesting, starting fresh on a bike I've just completely redone, with more power than I've ever tracked... nerves are creeping up there.
Tail section all cleaned up!
Just some minor touchup on the upper fairing and I'm good to go

Exactly 6"
Okay fellas, here it is: A warming trend will start to develop Wednesday into Friday, but a low pressure system will start trying to muscle it's way in Friday afternoon. We could see some widely scattered showers Friday afternoon into Friday night. Temps should make it up to the 70's by early/late afternoon...
Friday night's showers will develop into a more steady rain Saturday as the low pressure system takes over. Scattered showers most of the day with the potential for some soaking showers throughout the afternoon. I don't think we'll see daytime temps much higher than the low 60's. Sorry about that...
Look for chilly temps Sunday morning as the rain pulls away. Expect things to start drying up early to mid morning. Clouds will start to pull away and the sun will try to fight it's way through. Partly to mostly sunny for the day with temps remaining in the low 60's. As this front pulls away, look for things to start getting a bit windy during the afternoon hours...
Fortunately for those of us that live in the area, temps start to moderate early next week as high pressure takes over again and we'll start to settle in to more warmer, sunny Spring-like conditions...
Hope it helps, everyone plan accordingly!
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
Can't say I'm looking forward to learning my new setup on rains... oh well.

Never fun.
Bad enough when you wake up for practice and it's 38° out.
I have a Red Sox sweatshirt that is all tore up on the right side that I call my crashing sweatshirt. Lol. Literally from when I wear it early and late in the season over my leathers in practice. Always on the righthanders. Lol
