EX500 rotors

I posted in the For Sale but thought I'd try here too.

My bother needs to buy some new rotor(s) for his EX500. I think it is a 1994. Nothing fancy, just have to be stright and free of cracks (unlike the ones he has now that are full of cracks). Can be new or used, just need to work. Any racers here who switched to EBC, want to get ride of the stock ones?

I dunno, but I think most bikes these days come with front AND rear brakes

The only person who uses the rear brake on my EX is the guy in tech.

Wait, that levers a REAR brake? I thought it was the NOS switch, no wonder I havent been accelerating down the straight

Yea I figure they would want to see a functioning front and rear brake for tech, regardless whether you use it or not.

Let me know because we still need one. I found one on ebay but the guy isn't returning my emails and I doubt it would arrive in time for the track day.

If worse comes to worse I'll use my 750 and he can use my EX. That's assuming I get my front caliper in time from ebay.

I know the EX only has one front rotor and no one uses the rear, but I'm not sure if Harrison's bike needs a rear rotor or not to pass tech. I know for sure that the front has a bunch of cracks in it.

i have a spare set of wheels, i'll pull the rotors off of them for the track day.

If all else fails they might let me leave them for you at the registration hut out at the gate. If Bob, Wanda or Betty French are there they'll probably be cool w/ it.
