" Jeeves " crashes in turn #1

I've posted this in the pit area because I know some of you folk will get an evil chuckle out of this.

Yes, I crashed in turn #1 at Tony's yesterday.

Yes, while Tony was helping Scott S. push my bike to the fence he said " You! it was you? "

I did corner work turn #12 from 3:30 on so....

And as Gino said, while sporting his big smile and laughing, " kinda ironic the crash guy needs help loading his crashed bike on the crash truck! " Plus, I think Gino's going to get further revenge by finding a song for the user/song thread.

Melanie is already having fun at my expense. If you go down at Tony's, you have to go see Melanie. Yeah, she just stared at me with a half smile while shaking her head for what seemed an eternity. It only got worse from there.

I didn't realize that was you. We (most of the yellow group) were sitting at the end of hot pit lane watching them struggling to push your poor bike to the fence where it sat for the rest of the day serving as a reminder.

I almost had to take a ride in the truck too. I never knew I could come into and through turn 3 while looking full out backwards. Who was it that put their girlfriend in the bleachers in a black string bikini? And had her bend over when I was railing into the chute on the 250?

I almost had to take a ride in the truck too. I never knew I could come into and through turn 3 while looking full out backwards. Who was it that put their girlfriend in the bleachers in a black string bikini? And had her bend over when I was railing into the chute on the 250?

I realized that it's virtually impossible to tell which way to rotate the transmission rod to find neutral ... when there is no rearset and linkage. (at least it's impossible when you're in a hurry because 25 riders are watching you and want to start riding again)

Oh well... we got a good workout "dragging" your bike across the track.

Yeah, I felt miserable about it. I felt so out of place. It's my job to pick up riders and bikes, not be them. It was definitely painful walking back past the whole grid at pit out.

I was timing you on Saturday ( watch, stop watch ). In the afternoon, you were railing 26's consistantly and put down a few low 25's for fun. You were wearing your instructor shirt, playing in traffic and hauling a few riders. Pretty impressive times for instructing and goofing off!

I can get you a fully raced prepped TZ 250 with plenty of spares for short money.......would make you a great track day and instructor tool.
