Have they announced what classes they will pay and how much?
Trying to find that stuff out now. We will get it up here as soon as we possibly can. I would think they will have the info to us today.
They made the right changes with the credit cards though, so that's one thing. Let's hope they come through with a workable system this year. Last year we fronted the cash for the credit cards that wouldn't go through.
I really hop they are at least as good payouts as bridgestone are offering.
derek
yeah, knowing what classes would be cool.
i might be willing to try some Ps. i rode Petes SV with them on there. i was told that they had more "feel". i called it "the rear end is moving A LOT up through 4". i know they have a very flexible carcass as i fell through them when i tried to sit on a stack.
ive always run Dunlop...ive never had an issue with them. i guess they just work for me![]()

Would someone please explain how this works?SUPERTWINS $150 $85 $65 $40 $30 $370 $20,720
I understand that $150 - $30 is the first through fifth place pay outs. What do the last three numbers represent?

total payout for the series or season?

So, once they pay out $720 in EX Supertwins, they're done for the season? That will take two weekends if they're paying out to 5th place.
I'm not trying to be difficult. I just want to understand.

you're so retarded sometimes, it makes me want to have babies with you
wait what?
370 is what they are paying out for the event. ie SuperTwins on April 25th.
20,700 is the total up for grabs for the entire 2009 season for the SuperTwins class.
in theory if the top 5 guys with a minimum of 10 starters are on pirelli, then pirelli pays out a total of 370 dollars. If you have 8 starters the top 3 guys finish on pirelli they are paying out 300 dollars. If you have 7 starters, it really doesnt matter what your riding, cause pirelli is not giving you a dime.
So in theory, they can pay out 20,700 for the entire season. But in reality they will probably pay 0
For 2008, there were 3 races were EX STWN had not enough racers to matter, 4 racers with at least 8 starters, and 1 racer with 10 starters. in the races that mattered. every qualifying rider was on a different brand of tire. So while pirelli may have posted 20700 for contingency, they paid nothing
