So I've been looking for a trailer for a few months now and have not really found an enclosed trailer for what I'm looking to spend. On the other hand have a sweet fairly large pop-up camper in great shape that is very comfortable, spacious and has all the shit you would want: propane stove, refrigerator, icebox, sink, toilet, heat, large awning etc... The problem is however that without a pickup truck I wouldn't be able to get the bike and the camper up to the track.
So what I am wondering is, would anyone somewhat local to me(Westborough, MA) have any interest in transporting my bike with theirs up to the track for race weekends in exchange for some fairly sweet living conditions while up there? You transport the bikes, I tow the camper. Just thought I'd throw the idea up there before going out and buying an open trailer, ez-up tent and so on.
If I was still racing, this wouldn't be a bad deal at all.

I'll be going to just about every race weekend but I roll the Casa de TOMATO and no trailer. Right now i stuff the bikes in the living room and kitchen and drive up. I have a 3 spot trailer that needs a serious rebuild ... which may happen this winter but doubtfully so. if i do get the trailer I would deff work something out with you!

Assuming I don't crash no I don't think I would need it at my place between weekends, but seeing as how this will be my first season that is a lofty assumtion to make on my part.![]()
I live about 5-10 minutes off the intersection of 90 and 495 in Westborough.
eek, so nowhere near 290/495 intersection.
I'll be down if you don't need the bike each week. However, I don't need to share your camper. If for some reason you need the bike, I could get it to your house on my way to/from.
note: I did not notice this was an 20 year old ex500, all offers retracted![]()
You could leave the camper at the track and just transport your bike after the first weekend.
Do you have an SUV? What is the tongue weight? You might get one of those bike haulers that just go in your trailer hitch and then hitch your camper to it....

Oh I didn't know you could leave a camper at the track for the duration of the season. Also, I have one of the hitch carriers, which is how I got the bike home but I'm not sure I can have that in my hitch and then additionally put the camper on as well. I will have to look into that.
I may be able to help you out as well.
I should be at all the Race Weekends working w/ G.M.D. so I would be going down there Friday Mornings & Staying till Sunday Evening....
Hope to "try" and race this year if all goes well...
I will also be at a few (N.H.) TTD weekends also....
My truck has a flat bed on it, and can hold 2 bikes easily.
It's a 2500 Diesel so I can pull just about anything you got.

Nice, and I appreciate the offers, thanks everyone. I looked at my bike carrier and it doesn't look as if I can put a trailer on it to haul both at the same time.
