(For those keeping track at home, that's not just an Eli Block PB, but a Loudon Motard track record )

    Pretty sure I’d do a 2:14.9 on a motard.

That's a looong way off from a 14.9 on a motard! But he's really riding that thing well, so you never know. Plus, the new T10 might allow for a slightly faster times. Too bad he didn't hit it before the change!

What bike is he on? If I recall, Shane's time was on a CRF450. At this point, are these outdated vs the current crop of sumo's?
Not taking anything away from his time, just trying to get a comparison.
    14.9 is insane.

You'd have to compare engine build sheets...

Shane didn't have a stock engine and I'm guessing Eli doesn't either since his dad is an engine builder.

    Re: Loudon PB's

Eli was on a new husky 450. But the tech in these motors hasn't gone forward in years. Any builder could get 60hp plus out of any 450.

    Thanks, friends.

I was just as curious about the chassis too. CRF still competitive?

Out of the box the husky is closer to racey, but they both need triples etc.

Not to drag this off topic, but what did they do with T10?

They smoothed out some bumps and pushed the inside curbing back quite a bit. The inside part seems a bit sketchy, but the smoothed out bumps are nice.

Yes, it seems a little easier to take the high exit line staying inside of the massive hole/bump on exit.

I wish there were a few more people at that level riding motards. It would be great to see normal race Laptimes in the 15 and 16s.
