It's an EX500. I don't think the difference in suspension setup is going to be the thing you'll have trouble getting used to.

The EX does have an engine correct? I'm out if we have to pedal it.

I hate to state the obvious but we need 10 bikes to register or we are all just playing with ourselves. Last year was 7 on the grid so I hope we can get more of a response. Get those relics running kids!

There are plenty of cheap GS500s, EX500s, etc on eBay... could always form Team Ratbike to see just how cheap one can get on the grid from scratch?

You'd honestly probably have better luck trying to find a bike and making your own. That's what I did. Borrowing a friend's EX500.
