Miles carries Performance Friction brake pads. I'm used to EBC HH on my 05 ZX6R. It's for track days only (all groups). I don't want an aggressive pad. I believe the 95s is what Miles is suggesting. Any comments?
95's and 99's are what I used to use on my Suzuki's.
They do not have a big initial bite and work well.. harder u squeeze, better they stop.
On my Kaw's I used SBS Dual Carbon Pads (available at Parts Unlimited) and also use them on my R6.
Can't compare them to the EBC.. never used them.
i use them on my race and street bike. i have the 95 compound for street and the newest compound (maybe 07) on the race bike. newest compound has initial bike, where the 95 compound is more for trail braking.
i have 03's i believe, there pretty good, my master and calipers are my issue
Same here.
I used to use the PF95's on my '00 Suzuki 750 and '03 R6. I swore by them; thought they were the cats meow, a really good pad ... not a big initial bite, but work well the harder you squeeze. I thought they had great feel for trail braking. However, the biggest drawback was that they didn't last long at all long.
I know you haven't asked for other recommendations, but since using the PF95's, I've since switched to Vesrah SRJL and haven't looked back; same good feel (actually better), but these suckers last a loooong time. For track days I might recommend the Vesrah RJL though. They are pricey compared to the PF's, but their longevity justifies the expense imho. Just my 2 cents fwiw.
I also cannot compare any of them to the EBC, since Ive never used them.

Thanks for the feedback.
The Vesrahs were suggested to me by another fast guy. I may give them a go (or is that "stop"?)
I used them on my 02 gsxr 600, I tried them 1 weekend when i needed pads and that was the only set for my bike that he had.. I was using the ebc HH's , he had described them the same way. I ended up sticking with them. I prefered the method the harder you squeeze the more braking you got. I like being able to do the easy on easy off style of braking...
Forgot to say i am glad miles explained the style of pad they where and was very happy using them....
