I know, do a search but couldn't find and its not clear on Penguin.
A friend's bike isn't race prepped, can he Penguin Friday and Rookie race Saturday without being safety wired????
Thanks,
Not quite sure what the Penguin School requirements are, but for the Rookie Race you'll have to go through and pass LRRS Tech.
If you are taking the Penguin School but not doing an LRRS race weekend until later, you don't do your Rookie Race until your race weekend.

thanks, it looks like he'll get away with Penguin by just epoxying "wet" bolts.
But what about for the rookie race?

Will there be a safety wire party Friday night? : )
Well my bike is pre-drilled already so that should save some time and cussing.
If thats the case, I can show you proper technique easily enough.
