So this goes out to you guys who have experience with the contingency pay outs.
I think I filled out all the paper work at the track (both sheets and got checked after tech) and got an account per Michelin on xbux this winter. So hopefully that part is all correct.
Then I managed to place well enough last race weekend to qualify for some contingency. So this being the first time that has ever happened, my question is how long does it take to get, or confirm that I will get my contingency? Specifically this question is about Michelin?
Any thoughts or experiences?
Cheers, Brewmaster

not sure how michelin works specifically since I run dunlop....but I basically just got certs in the mail a couple weeks after each race weekend from each company. They keep pretty good track of who gets what typically.
It basically takes forever! Ha!
No, The best company for contingency was Dunlop. I had to wait for the certs, but I was getting my tires for 100 bucks a set.
The fine print often DQ's you from getting money, so pay attention. most require 10 expert starters ON THE GRID for payout to happen. So rain races often don't work out, along with the April event. That's usually when people get their best results due to the low turnout. No money for that, though...
VP was the worst for paying. Never got a dime.
Vanson payouts often don't come til the awards banquet.
Basically, it's all over the map!
haha +1
i was still getting powerstands certs in January, the dunlop ones came pretty quick though.
just wait it out, you'll get it eventually.
UPDATE!!!!
I just got my pay out in my xbux account.
Michelin came through very quickly.
Hopefully everyone else gets similar results.

I didn't add my results on xbux. To the best of my knowledge LRRS submitted the results to Michelin and then they process it from there.

I filled out every contingency I could last year as a novice and the only certs I got were from VP, Nobody else gave me a dime. So even though they state that they payout to novice, I wouldn't hold my breath
no pay out for NV. you gotta bump up.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...
