    FINALLY GONNA RIDE IT....

    TLRMan is coming up tomorrow to do the jet kit in my race bike. And tomorrow I'm gonna terrorize the neighborhood testing 'er out.....

    Yip. FINALLY got on 'er and took 'er for a spin. And if on cue, Barnstead's finest showed up after a few blasts up & down the road. No hastles though, just wondering what the 'half bike' zipping around was....

    FINALLY GONNA RIDE IT....

    Okay, here's my impressions of the little Gixx. First off, I forgot what an inline rode like. VERY little engine breaking...

    Secondly: With the Yosh Duplex, K&N, the jet kit and the 48 tooth rear sprocket, it pulls incredibly strong. Very impressed at it's acceleration...

    Third: Even just blasting back & forth past my house, I could feel how flickable this thing is gonna be. We shaved a lot of weight pulling A TON of the stock stuff off, inlcuding the rear subframe. I'd venture to guess we've lost at least 50 lbs over stock...

    Fourth: Eewwwwwww.....this is gonna be fun....

    Yeah, and a note to everyone that is gonna use a Yosh duplex system on their 99 gixxer 600...

    The Factory jet kit, doesn't work....
    We had to make our own Main jets....The ones provided were too small... The needles are jacked, and the only things that really worked were the pilot jets...This engine was SCREAMING for fuel....
