Degsy says 1/4" fitting, but i've heard 3/8" as well. I have the hose, but need to know what fitting to bring.

1/4" mostly, I think there is a 3/8" one kicking around in the center also.

1/4" quick/push connect right? The male side is on the hose?

Save the trouble and get yourself a battery powered rechargeable air compressor.

ONe charge lasts like half my season and its great for at tracks where there is no air close by and at home. I think mine was like 30 bucks.

It's the most common one you can buy - at any tool coral... I mooch air also, but I LOVE having a portable can of air... They can be had for short $, and you don't need to get all tangled up with hoses throwing a little air in your tires..

I'll 2nd this... and I always have mine with me when I'm at the track. If my imposing wall of bins is present and blocking 1/3rd of the garage, the compressor is in there and I'll happily lend it out.

Standard 1/4" fitting. Just about a bazzilion drops.

As of 3 days ago, there was even a chuck on the hose from the main compressor in garage #1. And yes, anyone can use that.

I love how people are pushing a portable tank. He did not ask for air options, tanks or anything other than the fitting size

Why is this thread existing? I mean, Jim, really? You couldn't spend the 11 bux to get a variety of fittings?

i was already in NH at my buddy's house for the night, heading to LAPS the next morning. he had a handful of different fittings, and i wanted to just grab what i needed.

now, i will be going to Home Depot to buy an assortment of different fittings for my next TD
