Need help with topend rebuild - pushrod motor

I've always had an overhead cam bike/car. I need a hand with my new bike.. I'd like to bore, performance cams, pushrods and pistons, mainly to boost my tank range. I don't know much about pushrod motors, mainly setting cam/valves. If anyone can/want's to help PM me.
