I have a bunch of really expensive Motul oil Full ester stuff in my trunk from last season though the winter it most likely froze and thawed 40 times.

Is it still good to use in my racebike?

Im no expert, but isnt that no different then a bike that has been stored outside with the oil in it? Im sure not everyone changes their oil come spring..

It depends, did the oil freeze solid?

If it did, you had oil-ice. It's like engine-ice, but not water-wetter.

Pick up some oil de-icer and you'll be fine to mix it.
