Torque specs please

Searched with little luck and it will be a few days before my manuals arrive.

Looking for torque specs for the following:

(TL1000R)
Upper Triple Tree Fork Bolts
Lower Triple Tree Fork Bolts
Front Axle Nut
Lower Fork Bolts (Axle)
Woodcraft clip ons

('00 SV650)
Upper Rear Shock Bolt
Lower Rear Shock Bolt
Dogbone bolts
Motor Mounts
Rear Axle Nut

And then for chain deflection... I think it's 1.2-1.6" but I''m not sure.
