Edsets.com sells speaker pockets that I use with my chatterbox speakers. Works good.

Yeah, they are pricey but they have stayed in place and work good.

I jsut slip my iPod in. The little crappy ear peices that slide into you're outer ear, you know the ones. No need to buy anything fancy.
You know the headphones that are circular nd sit over your ear, but aren't attached to each other by anything but the wire? I managed to glue some of those udner the padding in my snowboarding helmet and they work great. I can't wait for a fall that knocks one of them loose tho.
I have a set of Etymotic Er-6i ear sets an am very impressed with them. They are noise cancelling and it pressed in tight you don't hear anything outside noise- which I don't do. I just press them in to hold and still can hear things. My problem is stopping the player when I stop, damn little buttons. (Scandisc e260) I'm thinking of getting a remote (same as with Ipods) that have the larger buttons.
Here these are:
Buy.com - Etymotic Research ER6i Isolator Earphones - White Pillow Pack - ER6I-P
Just a bit of a different way to go
These are soft silicon and you don't feel them - unlike the Factory ones that usually ship with the players.

I got those velcro helmet speaker pad things that are on ebay all the time. I have unusually gigantic ears, so I have tried everything. They work good. Plus they have a volume control on the cord so you don't have to mess with anything if you have to talk to someone or you just want it off. For like $20 they are worth it.
nevermind. they lasted like a week and broke. what else is new?![]()
Dainese bluetooth helmet.

I use these:
Super durable, I know from experience...
I put them through the wash and they still are
rock solid. Also had them out the car door dragging
on the ground for about 15 minutes and they still work.
Much better comfort and performance over apple ear buds...
Better high end on cymbals and snares and the like.
Come with about 4 options for ear pads for customized fit.
Block wind noise yet dont obscure everything.
