Viper, make sure you focus on the positives before going down the rabbit hole of what needs improvement. How many people that want to race ever do? You're in that select group! How was your riding (and bike setup) compared to your fellow rookies? It's probably best I'm not there, you would be mortified to have seen my rolling dumpster fire of a race "program". I sure made a lot of memories though.

Well I really am at all 12, I know that I will never be perfect at every corner.
I just know that one of the corners I have never been comfortable with, Turn 3, I really started to get into it there again this past weekend. I made a point of carrying a lot more roll speed through there. Ill have to check the GPS data but Im sure that I had a few more mph through there.

I hear you. Turn 3 scares me, still, but I'm becoming more comfortable with it. My tendency was (and sometimes still is!) to almost come to a full stop, then turn. Think about the fastest turns. That's where you have the most time to gain (drop).

Ok, ... 13? I don't count 5. But 8 is certainly one that requires special attention.
Also, come back?

I only sold part of my soul in exchange for one good season. Time's up, I'm slow again! We'll have fun at Stimilon though...

Not me! I crashed in 7, slid through 8, and gently came to rest in the gravel inside 9. Great first track day crash!

Nice job man!!
Keep in mind that Shawn was pitting in a garage full of TTD instructors and experienced LRRS racers that were helping him out...

I know you're short, but that comment seems to have gone right over your head.
