Damn that was fun heckling the awards... you bastards are EVIL!
Edit: Larry... I think you owe us a race report...
Re: Nov #508 LRRS Round 1
Nice to put a face to the screenname =)
Dont sweat the times, you already dropped what? 8-10 seconds in one weekend? That is nothing short of outstanding!
Re: Nov #508 LRRS Round 1
Hard part is over now. You now have a license to Rock it hard now....
the Hawk will take you there. You just have to listen to it...It always wants more.

Re: Nov #508 LRRS Round 1
Good job this past weekend Sav. I think times will drop quickly now that you've got the first weekend out of the way, and the bike is (mostly) sorted out. Fun times off the track too!
Re: Nov #508 LRRS Round 1
Good job man, enjoy this year. No better memories than during your NV season. I know for me it was when I had the most fun. Hitting PB's frequently, meeting good peeps, just good times. Enjoy :)
Re: Nov #508 LRRS Round 1
That was one of the best reports I ever seen. And I read em all. Its my Monday Morning Racing Season habit. Its a great place and the best part are the people.

Honestly, who does the electrical work on bikes up there? The local blacksmith?
And I think the valve lash was last checked with the pointy end of an axe.
I think I know why it needed new brake lines, the old ones were filled with maple syrup
Re: Nov #508 LRRS Round 1
Lmao Brett! Lesson learned never buying a bike from VT again. Actually I'm gonna throw ME in that list for entertaining purposes as well

Wire nuts are for home electrics, not race bikes. Lol.
Jeezuss.

Wire nuts? What? Who? Wasn't me! I haven't had the bike since 2007 IIRC. :D
