The only problem with smaller, is it's less weight also. My 4x4 Kubota kinda sucks to move snow with because it's so light and ends up spinning. May be different with an actual plow blade that angles, but snow with any depth, you'll still have to pick up and push off to the side with a long run. Also, once you put the bucket down to push the snow, to amount to anything, you'll need the front wheels just about off the ground, then you're back to 2wd again. For me, the ATV pushes the snow better, I can usually get out of anything (except the blizzard last year) using the ATV, then the tractor to widen things up
I have thought about selling mine to buy a bigger, older one. The thing that sucks when purchasing a Kubota, they hold their value, so you pay big for them upfront. Mine is a 2008, and I'd probably have to fall back somewhere in the 90's to afford a larger machine at what I could sell mine for.

Mark- That bucket control doesn't have a float feature? Should be one extra notch beyond bucket down. If you have that then all you need is to add a slight bucket angle to scrape/push, you will still have enough weight on the front for steering and traction

If it was a B2920, I'd have it Saturday. Just too small though. Keep in mind that my current tractor weighs in at over 5k lbs.....

I'm planning to go with a front mounted blower in the winter with a rear scraper blade to push the loose stuff left behind.

I believe I sent you the contact info for Tim. He texted me that he has a B26 TLB with a canopy. You still looking?

I've been looking at the Kioti line recently. Something in the mid 30's would be the smallest I'd really have a use for after doing some research and reassessing my uses for it. Thanks for keeping a lookout for me though.

I want an excuse to buy a tractor, but a 4,000sf lawn and six trees doesn't really work.....
My brother-in-law, OTOH, has five plus a combine.

Get kioti! The DK40 or so.
I have an lk3054, and while sometimes I want a larger machine, it is really amazing what it will do. Im sure you already have, but just look at how the castings are on kioti vs new john deere or kubota. They are nice beefy heavier tractors.
The other day I pulled my neighbors tundra with a fully loaded 10k lb dump trailer out of the ditch, up a hill on ice. Such a proud redneck moment.
My .02

i'm in the process of up grading our bx1800 (loader & mid mower) with a ck27
sounds like the bx would be too small for you.
i ran a 5' blower without a problem.
i prefer a rear blower and bucket on the front. The bucket gets me out when i get stuck.
The bx is a really nice tractor but i need a quick attach bucket
i know where theres a used well taken care of dk45 cab with backhoe

get chains
i took mine off before i sold a tractor and couldn't believe how much it sucked in the snow (i'd never even driven the tractor without chains)
