Ouch....That was the "Telli Tubbi Smackdown".

This section is dead in the off season and in between race weekends during the summer. Last year there was about 6 of us that would fuck around at night making fun of each other until the managment of this site (Degsy) said "their sponsors are reading these threads and we might lose then if we don't stop all the fuckin around". So now we all get together once a month at a bar and make fun of each other all night while drinking :beer: and we have a blast watching Lew try to pick up 60 + year old ladies. :drink:

Just FYI I talked to someone who did all the AMA events and he told me the truth about the tire situation and Eric didn't tell the whole truth.
To make a long story short he said "They is no way in hell you can walk up and get the same tires as the factory guys get". He said there is a lot of politics in the AMA and depending on how fast you are and who you are depends on what tire you can get. It's like this:
1. Factory guys- Any tire they want.
2. Fast privateers- A few different choices in tires and compounds, but not the facotry rubber.
3. Any privateer- A couple different choices in compounds with "off the rack Dunlop tire".

Those guys can believe what they want, but you really have to be stupid to think you can get the same tire as the top guys.

No fuckin way , No fuckin how, can you get the same rubber as the factory riders.:hmm:

:bs: Last race w/e I talked to the Dunlop guy myself. All I said was that I was buddies with Kip and he told me I could get whatever I wanted. True story.
