My apologies.
You guys know you can't pick up a gun for somebody and just deliver it to them right?
At least both would have to be LTC.
Then there's licensing to LTC in both states if applicable.
Q: So what happens to VTers' Buy only in their own state huh?
-Suf Daddy
Most states have their own laws. and in most states you can buy a long gun no matter what state you reside in, but (federal law) you can only buy a handgun in the state in which you reside. Unless you have an FFL license. In Rhode Island there is a 7 day wait so you cannot purchase any firearm(other than muzzle loader) in any state and take possesion of it,you can however (in any state) have the dealer transfer your purchase (any long gun or handgun )to your local dealer.Where you have to fill out the federal and state paperwork.Quote:

And the only way you could purchase a gun for another person leagally would be to fill out the federal and state paperwork for you, then do a transfer to the other person through a dealer where they would have to fill out the federal and state paper work for themselves
i didn't really expect him to pick me up a 23 or a mp5:poke: :dunno:Quote:
