Inspection? What is that? I have owned bikes in RI for15 years and never had one inspected. I haven't had a problem yet, and I have been stopped a few different times.

Yes, usually on the right side of your rear fender. Some cops are real sticklers for it.
to me its worth paying the 12$ (or whatever it is) to not have to deal with problems laterQuote:
