question is did he look before he run red light? if yes then the probability of t-bone, P(T), is low. i fuckin run red someties when it doesn't turn green for 2 cycles.

Its different if you are on a bike and the loop in the pavement does pick up your bike. I agree with you there. Most states have a law that will allow a motorcycle to proceed through a red light if after a cycle or two, the light doesn't turn green.
Stop signs are stop signs. they don't change color. Those that stop at a stop sign and wait forever for it to turn green have something else going on. drunk maybe?

how about if this Violation happened in Vancouver, Canada?
If this happened within 24 hours, I know a guy that can erase it as its being processed.
