My Wife Rocks Part Deux...

As many of you know, I celebrate holidays a bit differently from most here. With that being said, I'd just like to reiterate the fact that my wife is quite possibly the coolest...

Last night I got an awesome card telling me how supportive they're all gonna be, and how they know I can do anything I put my mind to, and so on. I'm reading the card thinking, "Great! Here comes the divorce".

I open the card up, almost afraid of what's inside. HOLY SHIT! She paid for my Penguin Race School! Hee hee...yip! Inside was a nice certificate from Penguin telling me I'm good to go...just show up...

I won't even get into the other loot she's given me. But I WILL say that some trees are gonna be awefully sorry they chose my yard to grow in...:D

"...multi holiday bastid..." Er, not really. My wife & stepdaughter (and my mom) do the Catholic gigs. Me and my youngest (and my dad & sister) cover the Jewish holidays. Been like that my whole life. Me & my sister were raised Jewish by our Jewish father, but we gave my mom our full respect when it came to her show...

"...how many of these holidays to you get to celebrate... Tee hee...I probably celebrate less holidays than the average Christian/Catholic/whatever. Unfortunitely for me, THIS is pretty much the only gift giving one. We only really observe four holidays...

"...eight crazy nights..." Hell yeah! This is really the only "happy" holiday we observe, so we tend to whoop it up, especially on the first and last nights...

Calvin & Hobbs has, and always will be my absolute favorite comic strip. Bill Waterman (or is it Waterson) is wunna the best 'sketch' writers ever. I'm not much of a fan of comic strips, but this shit is tops. Before he retired, I would buy the paper every day just to read Calvin & Hobbs. 'Twas a shame he retired...
