If it weren't for insurance premiums i would have that exact same car, and no motorcycle.

Nice pictures, but there is some beater Mustang in the background with bad paint that is throwing the whole picture off.

Thanks!
yes it's a 6 spd car, with the SLP short throw shifter. TIGHT gates..Tommy is the road racer type and would never have built it into a drag car. He's actually had his Vette on the road course at NHIS

Hot Rod did an article a few years back on shooting hot rods/sports cars/muscle cars, etc. I agree with their view point that sports cars are not meant to be offroad and shouldn't be photographed there. Obviously 4x4's are a different story...

I think it adds an interesting twist to a pic when something is photographed somewhat "out of its element" so to speak.
The contrast from the grass to the TA really sets the car off nicely, IMO....dunno why Hot Rod would want to try and take that away...:dunno:
I don't think any photographer should limit potential photo possibilities to any "Golden Rule"...

Re: Anyone like Trans Am's?
one of the nicer trans am models.... aren't they pretty rare? i mean "actual" slp firehawks... 335hp is pretty nice, add a CAI, Power Commander, and full exhaust.... wakes them up really nice, had a friend i used to go toe to toe w/ in my LX hatch
Re: Anyone like Trans Am's?
Daytona440...where are you located? How much you charge for a wax job, for a super nice NESR chick like me? I do the detailing of my car myself, but for the first one of the season, I might want to have someone do the dirty work for me... :naughty
Re: Anyone like Trans Am's?
Re: Anyone like Trans Am's?
Was never a big fan of those car's...They just remind me of a bunch of Gumbas from Revere cruisin down Revere beach on a Sat Night. But that's a nice lookin Bitch right there...:beerbang:
