I was just on the phone with them straightening out an order for a face shield for my OGK.

The guy on the other line was a classic Californian.... He kept mumbling shit to himself & he sounded like he was straight out of The Big Labowski. His impression of "The Dude" was spot on, minus the fact he didn't use the words "like", "dude" and "man" nearly enough.
