Has anyone ever been to Performance Factor on 38 in Medford? I have driven by there at least 100 times because there is a plumbing supply house right across the street and I have done a lot of work in the area but I have never been inside the place. Is it worth going?

I tried going to their web site but it said it was suspended?
I have never been impressed with the place. They have some bikes inside for sale, parts for sale and they do inspections.
Put it this way there are other places I would rather go for parts/service
