With utmost care make tiny slits on the inside of the tire stems so they minutely intersect with the air passage. (Cars)
If done correctly the elastic of the valve stem will keep the air in when vehicle is stopped. The centripital force of high speed will open it and let the air out. If done perfectly then a few iterations can be had before problem discovered.
