I figured i knew what this was before I watched it, and judging by the comments, I was right.
Some kids recorded their friend tripping on acid or some other drug, and just recorded everythign he said, then put different animations to it.
Never was a real fan of the videos, but some of my friends think its hilarious.

It's the guy who had the song "united states of whatever", a few years back. I heard the same thing about some guy recording a friend on acid, and I'm thinking it's more likely alcohol induced, as people tripping just aren't that controlled, from what I've experienced anyway.
