it's why I normally stay at the shop with my car, go with them on the "test drive" and empty EVERYTHING out of the car. think this one is even worse, listen to some of what the say:

I wish I could say this surprized me, But I know mechanics. Don't leave pills in your car that is the first thing most of them look for. It is harder to prove that a pill is gone than larger things.

for the sake of perspective, i will say this.

i was a mechanic in a small non-factory affiliated Jaguar shop for 6 years.
after my trip to Cali and back i moved to a 25 bay Gm dealership for all of 4 months before i got disgusted with the business and walked out.

If you think thats bad

consider all the times you have ever had to have your car towed and how many days you were without it at the yard

My car was totaled after a shopping trip

Before I could do anything the "designated" town tower was going down
the road without ever talking to me.

I had to scream at the F,n LEO to find where my car was taken.

Fortunately it was only 2 miles away and I had to walk scum bag cops wouldn't give me a ride or help in any way.

When I got there ALL the packages of new clothes were gone 40 F'n minutes
The thieving driver was still there they don't know nothing and they are not responsible.

Tried to raise a stink and found out the tow guy was related to the cops

Have a nice day

Pills if they were Oxy they are up 20 a pill

i'd have gotten the news agencies involved.
some MFer would have lost his job over that at very least. especially if you had the receipts to prove the purchases and timeframe

How many of you leave receipts in your bags and do not put them in your wallet? I do, quite often...reading this makes me rethink my habits.

i think doing my own oil change will be a lot better from now on...
