Test drove new Camaro SS

Fast, sounds great, interior is very nice. The SS has the huge brembo brakes...they work quite well. A very nice car. Overall Im sure it will sell quite well. I thought it was a bit sloppy, suspension-wise. The 6 speed was hard to shift through, but it was brand new so that might smooth out. I really do not like the back styling of the car, at all.

For my money, Ford Mustang all the way.

I do like the new Mustangs......a lot of value.

I do like the retro styling of the Camaro though......what was
the sticker on the one you drove?

No clue Bill, friend owns the Chevy dealership so I drove his demo. Told him I loved it tho, lol

I'd certainly get it if it transforms into bumblebee...LOL


On a more serious note, the new camaro looks slick...beautifull machine!!

true dat! But the camaro is the best looking of the new muscle cars. They would have to peel 1000 pounds or more of crap out of it before I'd look twice.

+1. I test drove all of them (except the camaro), including a gt500 and a challenger. The gt500 definitely had power, but handling and traction was poor. The vette is the only original American Sports car that I'd own a current model of at the moment.

i have driven the challenger. as with most of chryslers new line up... the car is shit when compared with a mustang or an SS. i do not think there is anything they can do to that car short of a full suspension overhaul that can fix it

you guys can go buy those. im going to buy one of these instead!
