South West Vermont route question.

Leaving from the Bennington area and heading towards Mt Greylock.

What would you recommend?

Rt #7 South to Rt#2 East.

Or

Rt#9 West to Rt#8 South to Rt#100 S/E to Rt#2 West.

Isn't 7 boring and crouded

Up to 10 miles south of Rutland it's boring and interstate. After that it's boring and crowded. :mope:
