Deck Builder near Mansfield, MA?
If this *&#%$@! snow ever disappears I will want my deck redone. I would guess it's about 15' x 25' and will need the old decking and rails (including about 12 stair treads) torn up and removed, and new ones installed. I could do it myself but had shoulder surgery after redong my pool deck and I'm not anxious to go through that again. The guy I have used for other projects is going to give me a quote, but if there are NESRers out there who do this type of stuff feel free to PM me.

Can't help ya, but highly recommend your builder to use hidden fasteners or screws. I curse my deck every time I try to shovel or snowblow and hit popped nails...unbelievably obnoxious.

i might be able to give you a hand around August, which is good cause that's when the snow will be about gone....
Re: Deck Builder near Mansfield, MA?
My dads a general contractor and lives in Upton,Ma. I can give him a buzz for you if you would like. He built the deck in my backyard 16 years ago and it is still sturdy as all hell. He used screws, definitely the way to go, more expensive but worth it in the long run. PM me some info if you want.
