Looking for someone to help with some maintenance. Will pay for time

I'm not too mechanical minded, but would like help with the following on my Triumph speed 4. Can pay small amount of $ or get you 24 pack or whatever.
It's all pretty basic stuff I think. It doesn't have to all be done in one sitting either.

-Raise Handle Bars 1-2"
-replace r/r. Have new one ready to go.
-replace foot shifter and right footpeg rearset.
-raise or adjust headlight. When I put on highbeams, it overshoots the road so I can't really see anything in front of me other than the tops of trees.
-install fender eliminator. Thought it would be easy, but I can't figure it out.
-install LED lights. Tried, but they didn't turn on.
-adjust suspension
-check fork seal oil
-replace brake pads. Current ones are fine, but want better quality ones on.
-Throttle bodies -- balance.
-check or change spark plugs

I live next to exit 15 off 93.
I should have all the tools to do these things.
I have lots of free time until labor day, so would like all this to get done before then.
