Some of you may or may not know that I will be closing on my first house on Friday! Me, my wife and sons are all very excited!
If you are looking for a real estate agent or a mortgage company, let me know, the people I worked with are awesome. They worked with me for approximately 2 years to get us this! IT has been such a great experience even though it can be tough!

Somehow the statement that they were great and they took 2 years...is not adding up to me.

It took me about 5 years to close on a house. I had several false starts and wasn't ready to settle for just another overpriced, undersized house on a postage stamp. In the end I was fortunate to find a realtor willing to put up with me. I didn't realize how lucky until after we closed.
It happens.
