Somewhere in Europe (perhaps Spain) or South America. Note how often he breaks traction. Make's Pascal's ride on the Paris perifique (sp?)(the ring road) seem rather dull...

yeesh...I cannot believe some of the spaces that guy was able squeeze that bike through. There was a couple of spots in that video that I thought he was going to eat it for sure.
almost like a video game.
looks like everything just stand still.
insane!!1
It's the skidding/sliding/sideways stops between cars immediately followed by the tire spinning/sideways slewing/tire clawing for traction/finally got some traction-whoops there goes the front wheel in the air again, launches through the red lights (repeat), that get me.
Wow, bringing back memories...Quote:

come to think of it, that might well be the perfect soundtrack for that video!
First concert I ever went to was Quiet Riot/Black Sabbath at the Cumberland County Civic Center. Horrible show and I only went because it seemed like the cool thing to do. Saw quite a few Aerosmith shows later in my teen life that made up for it though. Speaking of Aerosmith, anyone else go to the WBCN 18th birthday party/free Aerosmith concert in March of 1986 at the Centrum? That was a fun show. Couldn't pay me to go now though... Getting old and mellow. Going to see Jewel next week and White Stripes in November.
More balls than brains, doing that in the wet.Quote:

I can't imagine ever being comfortable enough with sliding to lose traction that often. I suppose if I had a long term dirt bike background I might think differently though.

Become literate. :D
If you download the free Media Player update from Microsoft (version 9) you should be all set. Just go to Yahoo or Google and search on "media player update". The Version 9 update is something like 13 Meg, so I hope you have a fast connection.Quote:

I have the high-quality version of the video, about 150MB, much better. Actually, I have about 3 Gigs of motorcycle videos. I have Pascals race around Paris also, took me a while to find it.
Some great videos:
