Aerostich roadcrafter R3L 42L

I am not a L. I need a reg or a s.
Suit is 100% functional, with a patch over a burn on the inner right calf, and a small (1.25") pull on the left leg pocket stitching. This is the newer liner-less version with the magnetized collar.
I've worn this suit for about 3000miles in just about every condition (except blizzard) and I'll be replacing it with one that fits better.

I need a 44r to do what I want.
A 42r would be ok too, but I want a little extra room for my heated stuff.

It fits ok all times except with a heated liner. The extra length bunches up in the elbows and it's annoying.
I'm 5'8" and 180.

I'm 5 11 and not sure if a 42 r would be the right fit

Aerostich's size chart lists the 42L starting at a 6' height.
Somebody chimed in on another f/s thread for the same suit saying they were fitted by Aerostich at one of their pop-up shops in a 42L and that he was 5'11". So, I guess it depends on the individual.
Like I indicated, if the extra material didn't bunch in the elbows with my heated liner, this thread wouldn't exist.
I'm fairly confident you have longer arms than me, so that shouldn't be a problem.

You can go on their site and measure then call with the #'s and they tell you what will fit. They were spot on with mine though I wish I got the forward rotated sleeves as I ride a sportbike.
