Doesn't matter...anyone can cash in a lottery ticket. Stoopid bieacth shoulda hung on to her tick....IMO
Although if I was in her shoes I'd probably go for it too...:D
in the police report she filed, it said that the video cameras at the store are inop.Quote:

doesn't matter, anyhow... lottery tickets are "pay to bearer"... in this case, possession is ten tenths of the law.:hmm:
one interesting tidbit, tho... her complaint verified that she was in that store during the same timeframe that the ticket was sold-- which she would have had no way of knowing... :dunno:
The bitch who is filing the law suit is a convicted felon and served time for credit card fraud.
The lady who won showed a previous ticket she purchased with the same numbers.
You tell me who is lying.
whos hand is it in ?
that whos it is ..........
or you need hard vidio proof of theft
No kidding??? I thought something was shady!!! Where'd you find that info out?

I never said you said... aw, to hell with it!

A friend of mine said that the ticket Rebecca Jemison had didn't have any wrinkles or tears or anything like that, that would indicate it had been found in a parking lot after a period of time, so I have a tendency to believe that it's her ticket, you know?
I agree. I feel bad for Ms. Jemison, she did it the way you should. wait a few weeks, contact an attorney, get all of the trust fund and account info set up before hand and then have the attorney set up the wire transfer from the lottery comission. I would never go public winning an amount as much as that. Un fortunately she felt she needed to so that she could get the monies squared away and clear anyone accusing her of doing wrong.
Considering her past, her current frivellous lawsuits and her ability to fabricate BS.....I would have to say this is a scam and she is full of shit.
the woman in posession is the winner, and even if this is all true, Next time....she will hold onto her fucking ticket. Ignorant beeotch.
She gets nothing in louie's court of bullshit.:hmm:

I saw on the news today that two hours after the numbers were pulled the lottery also released the store name, and the time of purchase... also, they interviewed fraud lady, and she said, "i was in the store between 5:30 and 7:00".Quote:

The ticket was sold at 6:35. When the other women (who holds the winning ticket), was asked she replied, "6:35".
Enjoy the 63 million after taxes!
Cheers,
Joel

I don't think you have much of a choice with that. The gov't (I believe) reserves the right to do that themselves.Quote:

Either way its a "bearer instrument."
Check out the back of a lottery ticket.
After you buy it then SIGN it and you can claim it lost or not..................

DAMN she's a digger...(as in GOLD)..............Sorry, but sometimes credibility IS the issue.
Sounds like the winner actually was the actual buyer.
Too bad too many people make a living of the generousity of those who want to believe them.
Its a good story........with a common thread..........her lack of credibility.
I take question to her reversing the other sons birthdate (32).
Why so out of form? and why the scratch tickets?????
bet her nails are "man O'cured"................................
