Ride this weekend

I didn't realize it was Laconia bike week wow a ton of bikes. I'm just so surprised how many riders have no helmets! I swear it was at least 85% is safe to say. It actually discouraged me to pass some of them in tight areas. I didn't want to interrupt a nice peaceful ride that they were on. I dont wiz by random people anymore. I don't like to ruin their ride enjoyment with a scary, fast, loud and screaming bike passing by. Especially cages with families out and about. At a good point of view, there seems to be much less adrenaline seekers out there. Maybe I'm just not one of them anymore. Don't get me wrong, I still like to ride spirited but completely away from the public. Just my point of view. Did about 400 miles Sunday.

Which bike did you take?

I took the monster and glad I did. It has a seargant seat on it.

I rode to NY and back the last days and some saw some dudes riding without helmets. I always use helmet. On the road at high speed is extremely uncomfortable not use a helmet. The wind on the face and sometime insects and debris hit my helmet hard. I can't imagine the damage if I was riding open face or no helmet.
