I have no idea. I've been doing some testing but so far I've been unable to reproduce the issue.
I was able to make it happen - seems like it's mostly when using the quick reply box to post. I'll run some database maintenance and then reboot the server to see if it gets any better.
Well I ran db maintenance and rebooted the server but then it was still happening. Doesn't seem like it's still happening now, but I have no idea why.
