Is it me or do you guys get a lot of people waving at you to do a wheelie when you ride by them. I lost count at how many times people waved at me to do a wheelie last season.
Then today when I went for a ride and once again I had a good handful of people waving at me to do a wheelie.
Do you guys ususally do a wheelie when you see that or do you just keep on riding? Usually I just keep on riding like I never saw it.
I Just keep on Rolling by. Just think, if you pull a wheelie and a cop happens to be there. You automatically will get pulled over. Not worth it just to impress people you don't even know

i dunno...i think everyone loves wheelies...today i was goin to work in a shitty mood and a gixxer pulled out of the road ahead of me, looked around, saw it was clear and popped a nice wheelie after he passed me. made my day a little better.
i think if its safe and you don't see any cops around its not so bad. i won't be trying it for a long time though.

I was actually talkin about this the other day w/ someone.
First of all, since i am the super suck when it comes to wheelies i'm not gonna do much of that when there's spectators cuz it'll probably be a crappy one.
Second of all, most of the time when people give me the international sign languange sign for "do a wheelie" i'm in traffic on the highway w/ no where to go or doin like 70-75mph... kinda tough to loft one up at that speed on a 600.
Third of all, it's usually punk kids that I have no intrest in trying to impress anyway.
So... what do I do you ask? I'll either give em a friendly wave, tell THEM to do a wheelie, pull an Alex & yank up on the bars like a maniac and laugh my ass off, or, if it's a hot chick, try to tell her if she takes off her shirt i'll do a wheelie... that last one hasn't worked yet so i don't know if i'd attempt one after she flashes me or if i'd just say thanks & ride away :D

i get a lot of people giving the wheelie sign when I am at a red light or in traffic or something...for those guys I tug on the bars a little bit then throw my hands up cuz it didnt go lol
I don't get the sign to pull wheelies, or maybe I just don't pay attention.

Happend to Man God and I a few times...more often it's kids/teenagers and I just wave friendly at them, and ignore the request. I couldn't do a wheelie if my life depended on it anyway... :hmm:

i never got the wheelie sign till yesterday
i was on rt 2 and a guy in a military convoy gave me the sign
i wish i knew how to do one cause they do alot more for us
When I see this and I 'm on the Busa, I just do 2nd gear roll-on burning the the rear tire. Usually scares the shit out of them. :D Just kidding.. I ignore them

I suck at wheelies, I can only do little 1st gear wheelies, so I don't try to do them. Sometimes I'll just stand up on the pegs and shake my ass at them.
I usually bang the throotle and clutch up a nice one.

i used to ride by the same group of punks every day. they were always yelling to crank one up, to bad it was at the entrance to a traffic circle:rolleyes: i just blew it off then one day they decided to call me a pussy. well i rode around the circle real quick to introduce myself. funny thing is they all ran away real quick when they saw me coming again. :dunno: :D i thought atleast some of the older teens would atleast try to put up a fight.:hmm:
