I just realized that the 24th is Secretary's Day on my calendar. So that will give you a valid reason to leave your dress on JC. Of course by time I'm done wid ya on the track you'll be lookin' like ya wear a dress anyway! :twofinger

HMMMMMM sounds interesting.... perhaps I'll break the rig out and bring the R1 and R6 up... I'll keep checking the posts to see how it's gonna go.. is this a test n tune day?

do all the track prep stuff things have to be done to the bike to run the dragway... like safety wire... covering lights... running clean and clear coolant... full leathers...

Also, I have never drag raced a bike before. I have drag raced cars before,(illegally) and I am aware that less weight equals horse power. is it a good idea to run on an almost empty tank of gas, and bring extra in a can to refill, or is ot not going to matter that much?

oh yeh and is Nh rocket boy still having us back for "coffee":D

Well I don't see it happening cause without chip i would have to load the bike in the truck and drive up by myself and it is a haul so maybe i will be able to catch the next one or anyone that falls on a weekend:(

I don't plan to ride up, I am going to trailer up and as said before, I have an extra spot on the trailer if you are on the way from Marlborough to Epping.

i wanna go and watch. can i ride up with you guys and just spectate? I dont think they will let me run yet, not til after the MSF class this weekend. But i still wanna get an idea of how to do it and see JC not be able to keep the front wheel on the ground.

what time are you heading out from your place ?? I think it takes me about an 1 1/2 to get to your place.... I live off of 195 but, I would think you wouldn't have to even come towards my way.. so I can hold out this time next time your heading up I will swap days off to get a wendsday and if chip can't go I will meet up with ya if you have the room....;)

Well, I am not sure what time I am leaving tomorrow. that would all depend on wether or not I was waiting for anyone or just going it alone.
as for the future. I think my day off during the week is going to change from wed to fri. so if they run on fri.'s I could make them later in the year.

I want to go , but don't want to drive all the way up to race with strangers. If you are a definate than I 'll go.
