Santa is bringing me an M1 Garand. I've been very naughty so he may bring me 2.

I don't know....little things that are not expensive, but bring "mind" comfort and a smile...I don't think I'll be asking for anything. I'll just wait and see if he gets me something. :)

You need to send me some of your contacts for gun stuff. I also have my C&R FFL so some places like Brownells give me the dealer discount but they still wont ship lots of stuff to MA :(
I don't have any real contacts for gun stuff. I just look around on the internet and gunshops frequently and when I find a bargain I buy it right away.
I applied for my C&R in March and it just got returned unapproved. Like a dumbass I wrote down my cc# wrong. I just reapplied yesterday. I hope they don't take another 9 months I wasn't planning on it as a baby.
(1) A bike to ride that isn't someone else's (Yamaha, of coure).
(2) For dhuze to be gifted with all bike theives for target practice.
(3) Any photo equipment he wants for Trickphoto, so he can document said target practice.
(4) For "ignore" to really ignore.

On the top of my list would be reloading equipment, a ransom rest, and a Leupold VX-II 3-9x40 Riflescope Personalized by Leupold Custom Shop
The ACOG is a bit out of the price range, considering they are about twice the cost of an Eotech 512. I just wanted a relatively cheap & reliable optic for my AR to use for fun instead of relying on iron sights.Quote:

Did you pick one up yet?
if not come down and try them both out. you can get into an acog for slightly more than the eotech, and if you dont need the mil-spec housing of the eotech, the bushnell holo sight is just as nice.

If you were in the military they would give you the ACOG. :)
I found it took a little practice to get used to (I had only used iron sights) but I was bringing it up and sighting in no time. I found I was sighting over it as targets got closer.
Now don't get the idea that I was "in the shit".
I was security for a camp but we had to point weapons at people alot to get them to listen. :D
