Maybe tomorrow if all works out well. I havent been to the Oakland Beach place since I got serious, but the looked like they mostly had new or near-new bikes there. I'm a new rider, and I dont want to pay for shiny if the bike aint gonna stay shiny. Cheap and shiny is ok.
my guess is you are talking about the blue SV that has been there for over a year, and is probably 1000-1500 over nada

Definitely the same SV. Doesn't matter, because I just bought a GS500F. It was an awesome ride home tonight. Just cooling off, very light traffic.

I might be in for a ride this weekend.

Thanks Man. I'm loving riding so far. I just wish there was an easy escape route from Warwick. 117 west is just nasty. Some of the roads out west seem better, but getting out there is awful.

Why does RI have no east-west highway?

New England for the most part has no East West highway except Rt 90(Mass Pike).

Just moved to Warwick about 3 months ago. Let me know if you wanna ride sometime as soon as you find the right one.

    Re: Hi from Warwick

Rt 37 eh? I'll have to check that out.

From where I am, 115 isn't as bad as 117. Although we did end up doing some impromptu stop-and-go clutch practice on Friday heading west. Definately need to check out 37.

I'm getting more confident and may be ready to go for a ride soon.

Follow 37 to the end, take a right at the light.
Go to next light, take a left (up the hill)
At the next 4 way stop, take a right
Follow that to pippin orchard rd, take a right. (caution, fun road)
Follow that to rt 12 and left at the redlight
The fun could begin at the red blinking light at 12 and 116

I will be trying this as soon as the rain stops and I'm in town.

    Thanks!

I was so psyched to get out today that I forgot to try this out. Had to turn down Jello shots so I could ride. Took a cruise down So County Trail.

Maybe tomorrow morning if I can escape for a bit.
