    Hola NESR

    In spirit of becomming a quality member at NESR I'll do my first introduction thread post ever. I dont really know where to begin so here goes, I'ma gonna fake it till I make it.

    I am a longtime lurker and finally taking the time to post finally. I just started to ride this season on a 2008 ZX6R Ebony Edition from New England Cycle Works in Groton, CT with 0 miles. Now a few months later and I have 4300 miles on it, and I cannot get myself to take it home for the winter. I currently live and ride in Vermont, and I'm always looking for someone to ride with, I lost all my riding partners when I came to school and everyone here with a motorcycle doesnt ride.

    I know i should of been on more of the donny's rides, every tuesday night I heard
    everyone riding off and kicked myself for not remembering to go. Bike night was always thursday in RI, and I just got in that groove.

    Hi Jackie! I'll try to but i never see him or get to ride with him since i'm 300 miles away.

    Oh while I'm saying hello I have an additional question. Does anyone know where I can rent or obtain the tools needed to adjust my chain cheaply? I need to do it, and I'm trying to put my foot down and not ride until i adjust it. Eff.

    Didn't your bike come with a basic tool kit? It's free and they work well

    If you don't have the tools to do a basic chain adjustment, I suggest buying them.

    Asking where you can rent tools like that is like R7 asking where he can rent a bottle opener

    I do have the proper tools, but I forgot to bring the socket and wire dykes up to school with me, they are home in RI.


    R7, i didnt think about that. I didnt think the wrench included was large enough. I'll go check.
