    06 R6 SS Motor - NEW

Motor Built by Jerry Daggett this spring and shipped back to me. Never put in a bike or started. Needs to be broken in.

Has all brand new factory Yamaha parts.

    Pistons
    Rings
    Valves
    Valve Springs (From 2010 model-stiffer)
    Valve Cotters
    Connecting Rods
    Crank Bearings
    Wrist Pins
    Wrist Pin Bearings
    Gaskets
    Etc.

Also had the transmission undercut and head is decked.

Paid $4500 for this motor to be done. Looking to get $3k.

... How many R6 motors with stock pistons have you bought? How many have you paid $4000 for?

This is a bummer for you christian; is it essentially a stock (OEM spec) motor 2 x graves ECU? come with harness(es)?

I've only bought a stock gsxr motor like 3years ago. No harness I paid $1200 for it.

Ahh thanks for pointing it out. Head is decked. This exact motor build is used by some ama ss racers.

Understand if you price out the parts you are well over $2200 in parts, this doesn't include undercutting transmission or machining head. Lets not forget a good builder will make you a reliable fast motor even if you have stock pistons. $3000 to $3500 for a great motor is inexpensive.

Thanks for the kind words. You are pretty darn close with that parts estimate. It was a little over that.

Ok. I want to pay off the R1. This motor AND a stock street motor from an 07 which runs awesome for $3k.
