I got it used from a member on here for $75 and used it once at loudon

It was cold, wet rainy, and it made me hate my pig of an rc-51, on top of that I ate it in turn 3.

That said, I dont see myself taking the bike back to loudon, so I dont need the back protector

For street, Ill just use the foam one that came with my suit.

Is that my old one? If so, I only used it for 3 trackdays and one race. No crashes on it, and it was in like new condition when I sold it.

the rc sucked so hard at the track, I didnt really enjoy myself

Well, after riding 2 hours in the rain in leather.

track daying it up for 3 sessions

then biffing it

Thinking im not gonna be able to ride home

then finding a clutch lever to replace my broken one, removing my passenger peg and macguyvering it on to my left rear set, and bending my shift lever out so it would sorta work, then limping it home another 2 hours in the rain, getting a flat tire on the way home, spending a grand to fix the bike....

I wouldnt take a bike to the track again unless it was a dedicated track bike that came on a trailer. I would never ride there and track and hope to get home again. Just too risky. Ill stcik to tracking the sti, its faster anyway

Sorry you dropped it, but get back out there on a track bike or rent a penguin bike and improve your track skills. It'll be worth it.
